We finished the book.

Hurray! Then we re-read it.

It still doesn't work.

 

A thousand curses

instead of spring blossoms or

clouds or whatever

 

fill up my haiku.

That figures. Sorry, comrades.

Time to start over.

From reading an early draft of this book I am excited  to the point of being not-so-patient for the final product. It will certainly be worth the wait, but dang, it was close!
